BBM Staffing began with a mission to serve industry leaders like John Deere and Takata, placing over 6,000 staff. In 2009, Rafael Degollado and Fernando Davila launched BBM in San Antonio, Texas. Starting with just four people, we focused on personalized service, specializing in high-demand sectors like automotive and light industry.
Despite early challenges, including tough competition and economic shifts, our dedication to understanding client needs paid off. Known for our integrity and efficiency, we expanded across Texas, adding offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Today we acquire specialized teams that lead the Automotive Industry, Medical, Hospitality, and Professional Executive Skilled Placements. Ensuring top talent finds its perfect match nationwide.
